DIG is involved in all types of real property restructuring, including, but not limited to, the implementation of CHAPTER 11 BANKRUPTCY proceedings by assisting in the preparation of Disclosure Statements and Plans of Reorganization; and, the implementation of the Confirmed Bankruptcy Plan.

DIG offers the following pending bankruptcy services for a lender whose borrowers are contemplating bankruptcy:
  • Review and Evaluate Debtor's appraisal of the real property project.
  • Prepare a situational analysis of an individual portfolio of real property projects including economic analysis of alternative solutions. Recommend strategic plans, which best optimize the lender's entitlement to recover rents during a bankruptcy
  • Evaluate the Debtor's Plan of Reorganization as it relates to economic and market feasibility
  • Review and Evaluate Debtor's appraisal of the real property project
  • Assist Lender as requested in the negotiation of the Plan of Reorganization from the perspective of optimization of returns to Lender
  • Be an expert witness for Lender as required at the bankruptcy hearing
  • Develop and upgrade the situational analysis of the real property including the then current economic analysis of the Plan of Reorganization. Recommend strategic plans, which best optimize the lender's interest in the property
