Ms. Cunningham holds an active real estate license in Hawaii and has been involved in real estate for over 30 years. In 1996, Ms. Cunningham was the President for the Hawaii CCIM Chapter, and is now a member of the Board of Directors of the Hawaii CCIM Chapter. Ms. Cunningham has received the Hawaii CCIM Chapter 1992 Candidate of the Year Award and the 1993 President's Outstanding Executive Award.

From March 1986 to June 1997, before joining Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Ms. Cunningham had her own real estate brokerage company of Cunningham & Associates.
