Professional Experience

Mr. Deuel is a veteran of more than 30 years of real estate commercial experience as a professional commercial real estate investment practitioner and property developer.

Mr. Deuel's vast professional experience include previous positions of responsibility in the real estate business as First Vice President of Coldwell Banker & Company(Los Angeles) now known as CB Richard Ellis and President of George Elkins Company(Beverly Hills).

In 1992, Mr. Deuel formed a joint venture with a Tokyo based Japanese corporation to offer global work-out, acquisition and disposition of real property and loan services for Japanese based corporations, banks or individuals.
